Good for all family. The board said 220 pounds max, my husband is 230 and he was able to use too. He even put our daughter 33 pounds on board. We used at the lake next will be the ocean.

Little difficult to turn but good exercise right?

Demo'd this board on Lake Wissota and loved it! It handles so securely and cuts through the water easily!
Pros
Stable, glides easily, very enjoyable ride.
Cons
The cost is a little high for me, but willing to save to acquire eventually.
Usage
Recreational usage, love the core exercise it gives.
