SUP ATX promotes the Pioneer as "This model is the ultimate in durability while being lightweight and agile! Perfect for all water types from lakes to surfing waves in the ocean." It is not!! This board broke in half in 1 1/2 foot baby surf in the GULF OF MEXICO. Customer service says TOO BAD!! SO SAD!!! "HAVE A NICE DAY"
Pros
The style of the board is what attracted me.
Cons
Fragile as an egg
Usage
Exercise and small surf

I have an 11' x 31" x 4 1/2" pink pioneer atx. Its a few years old and has a little mold in the stringer and has a few dings but it still floats!
Pros
Its awesome! I have never had a serious ding and it is fairly easy to handle.
Cons
The nose of the board is a little wider than I would prefer. Having an 11' board and only being 5'2" tall makes it really hard to not hit the nose with the paddle
Usage
Racing, exercise, relaxing, exploring, and hopefully surfing this summer.

Great board! Well made and worth the price.
Pros
Foot pad is tough. Board is well made.
Cons
A little thin for long range paddling. Won't carry much cargo.
Usage
Touring, usually in bays or rivers.
