The 10'0" Oahu is a very well balanced Paddle board, I am not that experienced on Paddle boards, but when I tried that one that my close friend owns, I felt very comfortable, I tried one in Mexico and I was very anxious because i felt very tippy and no one offered me any kind of lessons, I am on the look out for one of my own that is inflatable, I would leave it at my friends lake house.

After a lot of reading and shop visits I ended up choosing the Oahu. I bought this board for myself last Christmas and had to wait out the long New England Winter before I could use it....But I've been on it a lot through this Spring/Summer and absolutely I love it. It is excellent in the ocean surf and on flat water. great exercise! I'll keep paddling until the snow flies! Pros Great looking board, I get a lot of compliments on it. Handles great in ocean surf and is also great on flat water. lightweight. Cons The two thruster fins that came with it fit in only two of the four provided slots. not sure why... Usage ocean surf, harbors, lakes

Beautiful board, well- balanced, easy to maneuver and manage, whether you are in the water or on land. The width and length of this board make it quite stable, and the rudders allow you to have maximum steering control with the paddle. Pros Aesthetics- a beautiful looking board, well- crafted, easy to climb on and off of Cons Very bouyant on the top of the water. Usage Exercise, touring

I have this board in 10.5 and absolutely love it!! I was looking for a board that was capable of doing it all. I wanted to be able to tour lakes, surf when the opportunity arose, & use the board for yoga as well. Pros This board is wider for stability, yet is still easy to handle. It is light to carry. This board is exremely well made & it's absolutely gorgeous!! Cons That I can't use it every day! Usage I use this board for exercise..great for core strengthening. I love tinkering around lakes because there is so much to see. The visibility is much clearer than a kayak because you are standing. Surfing, yoga, & entertaining children! Kids love playing on it & it teaches great balance!
