Assumed ~2004? as it has a sticker with that year on it. Unsure of true year as I bought it second hand myself about a decade ago. This one came without the rudder option but everything else seems to be in line with manufacturer product information. In good condition with some minor scuffs. A bit dirty but I intend to clean it up before sale provided the weather gets nice enough to break out the hose.
