I am looking to sell my hand made strip canoe, i want to build another one, but the wife said I need to get rid of the one i made already.
It is made of locally sourced poplar, weighs 70-80lbs and is a tandem canoe.
I tested it once last fall i took it on a portage trail with another adult, and it was doable (but i would not reccomend using it for portaging, sure it can hold alot of weight, and all of your gear, but 80lbs is alot to portage with) i just like making them, and plan on making two more this year but "the boss" said i cannot do that until i get rid of this one.
im looking for $3000(cad) but willing to negotiate.
