For sale - beautiful Pygmy Golden Eye wooden kayak. Meticulously restored by Joe Greenley of Redfish Kayaks in Port Townsend, Washington, and includes one of his great seats! She tracks beautifully (no skeg or rudder needed) and has lots of room for gear. 16' long, about 42 pounds.
I really like this boat, but it feels a little big for me; I think its a high-volume, would fit a larger paddler very well, and give him or her years of great adventures.
In Portland, OR. Would drive up to two hours for a serious inquiry. Restoration cost $1,200, and that's what I'd like to get out of the boat if possible, but mainly I want it to have a good home.
